Our Story

Gurkha began as a family supper club, sharing coastal Nepalese cooking with Ilfracombe locals. We balance Himalayan comfort with seaside freshness, spotlighting local seafood and Devon produce. Every curry starts with a house-made spice blend, ground daily and layered slowly for depth.

The restaurant is designed for lingering: soft lighting, hand-painted tiles, and playlists that drift from Kathmandu jazz to acoustic folk.
